For nearly a decade, we have had the privilege of hosting the Gilchrist Gala to bring awareness to cultural arts in our community and celebrate our successes with our members.

While it was a difficult decision, our board has chosen to cancel the 2020 Gilchrist Gala which was scheduled during the month of August. We are taking this opportunity instead to focus on maintenance & restoration projects of the museum’s property. With our programming calendar being postponed now is the perfect time to address these building and property needs.

Although we won’t be gathering in person, the Gilchrist is offering a variety of ways you can support our goal of raising funds for our historical property: the heart and soul of our non-profit organization.

$1,500.00 Architect
As an architect you will be supporting the restoration of the front porch, back porch and rear stairs on the property.

$1,000.00 Decorator
As a decorator you will be supporting the painting and restoration of the museum’s windows.

$500.00 Curator
As the curator you will be supporting the reorganization and upgrading of the existing gallery rooms, closets, library, attic and garage.
